can any1 help me with my cycle diet plz???
im 35yrs old 5,9 220lbs 15-18%bodyfat and ive been training for 10yrs quite serious just had 3yrs clean.started cycles again jst finished my 3rd one 8wks ago.
my current diet is:
2.30am 100g oats70g whey protein then i start work at 3am til 8am..
8.30am 150g lean ham wth salad and 70g red cheeze.then i go to bed til 12.30pm.
12.30 200g potatoes 200g tuna 1 banana. then i train from 1pm til 2pm.
pwo 70g whey shake.
3.30pm 75g white pasta 150g chicken wth salad and a yougart.
5.30pm 50g white rice wth 200g steak or pork wth loads of veg.
9pm 70g whey shake with 50g oats then bed at 10.30ish..
i do this for 6 and a half days a week.
my goal is to get bigger and leaner but jst dont know if my diets helping me???
