    Organic Flax Oil=Flax Seed Oil

    Is Organic Flax Oil (cold pressed) the same as Flax Seed Oil. It has 40 Kcal's per teaspoon containing 4.5 grams of total fat. I'm curious b/c I just started implementing good fats in my diet in order to replace the calories I lost from decreasing my carbs intake.

    Cold Pressed Flax Oil is Flax Seed Oil - same thing.
