    Cycle advice

    Age: 33
    Weight: 197
    BF: 12
    Height 5' 10"
    Cycle: 3rd
    Previous cyle: 12 weeks. EQ - 400 mg/weekly; Test E 500 mg/weekly; D bol (weeks 1-6) 20 mgs/ed; GH 5 ius/ed (just finished 6 month cycle). Anti Es as needed.

    PCT - HRT + HCG.

    I've lost four inches in the waist, and gained a bunch of strength. Starting to suffer from some acne.

    I'm in my last month of this cycle. Phased out the
    GH and D-bol. Now just EQ and Test. I'm now looking toward my next cycle.

    I can already see some gain loss after dropping the Dbol, which is a bummer. Based on my stats, anyone willing to give me some guidance as to my next bout? I'm willing to pay for some pro guidance. Tx.

    you asking if you should bulk or cut on the last month of this cycle, or what you should do on your next cycle?

    Next cycle.

    But you ask an interesting question. My body is telling me to lift less weight. So, I'm guessing you'll tell me to cut. Is that right? Truly, I appreciate the advice.

    Totally up to you !! Do you feel you should cut or bulk. Nobody can decide that for ya..

    Ok - I'll life heavy when i can. Eat when I'm hungry.

    The real question though, is: what's the next cycle? I need some help. I'll be 34 this year, but I'm now in great shape (hormones have been low for long time). I want to continue full board. I'll never compete, but I want that six pack and 400 lb bench and/or dumbell press for as long as I can maintain it (wife digs it).

    Any help? Again, I'm willing to subsidize PROFESSIONAL advice.

    The advise your in need of is free and we can help you put something tougher no problem.. Try and put something together and then we can help you critique it .. Please purpose some sort of cycle and we can go from there..

    As for now I say bulk till its over, u said you lost 4 inches on your waist so id imagine you are pretty lean. I need some more info for your next cyle if you want me to help you. When is your next cycle going to start? what are you more concerned about... getting six pack, strength, losing weight, etc. Is cost an issue? let me know as much as you can.

    Thanks for the help, folks. I'll try to get more specific.
    I weigh 194 right now at 5' 10". My BF is about 12%. I would like to be about 200 - 205 with 7-8% and maintiain from there.

    With regard to your questions, I'll rank my priorities (1 being most important).
    1. Six pack.
    2. Strength.
    3. I don't care about weight as much, so long as my bf is good.
    4. Cost is less of an issue for me than some, but it comes into play. For example, I've taken 5 ius of gh for the past six months for $2.00 per iu. I'm now out, and the state of the gh market is such that I can no longer afford it. Nevertheless, I can afford most other compounds.

    5. I'll start my next cycle as soon as it's healthy to do so. I have about 2 weeks left on this 12 week cycle. I do hrt in between (1 cc/wk test cyp). From what I've read, I should wait 12 weeks until starting my next cycle.

    I've done a lot of research, but after a while the compounds seem to run together - or at least I have a difficult time deciding which to combine. I know I really like Dbol, but I feel the benefits went away rather quickly.

    Maybe you can try a test winny cycle or maybe test and masteron cycle...

    Let me know if you think you would want to use either of those compounds or anything else you might be interested in than we can go from there to help you put something together.
