If I start taking clen straight after using ECA with no break will the clen be less effective if it uses the same receptors?

Yep....take a break for a few weeks or get some ketotifen to up regulate the receptors.

definitely add keto, and you can run clen longer than 2 weeks at a time.

x2 People say Benadryl works, and it does but keto is the only antihistamine PROVEN to specifically upregulate the B2 receptors which make clen effective. You could use either, but if you want MAXIMUM clen efficiency take keto and before bed

Ok thanks thought that tried benadryl before (well nytol in the UK) when using ECA and it didn't seem to help any I'll get some keto this time
