Nice Tank. I want to film my squat soon. I can do 495 for 7-8. I want to squat 585-600 for 1 and film it. I think I have a very good chance of getting it. I need to get a camera and I need to first attempt the weight to get a feel for it before I go ahead and film. If I were to film anything, that would probably be my first vid. BTW, BIG arms brotha. Nice!

thanks for the compliments y'all..with my arms i definately have good genetics..in this video i took a couple days ago i hadnt worked out in a month, but my arms maintain good size..im hoping i can get back in the gym asap tho, my job is just kicking my ass right now. all i can say is i always train high volume and to failure no matter what im doing.

hey, thanks...and that would be a wicked video..do it. the first time i tried 6 plates i could do 5 plates around the same amount of reps as you are right now..i would try something inbtween for less reps then go onto 6 plates, but im sure you'll hit it if you get under the bar with complete confidence.

hey, thanks..after being out of the gym i dont like taking stats..haha, but in my avatar(taken a few months ago), my arms were 21 inches pumped 4arms 14.5 around chest was 50 something, i turned 24 in april...been working out since i was 19 but just came off 18-20 months out of the gym last january so i havent been very consistant in a while

hah, i guess you could say that..ive worked out like 3 times in the last 2 months, im not exactly pumped about the shape i am in..i just wanted to put somethign on here to get it started, so i got up off my computer(which i was listening to deathcab for cutie on, if anyone noticed, hah) and flexed in the mirror..when i am back training again i will take a better video

hey thanks for the props y'all...im not out of the gym because im tired or anything..i just cant work out period..i had a bad viral infection that kept me out of the gym for 20 months, that im still not 100% over..im actually the only person out of the 12 in ottawa who caught it (i was told) who isint on disability right now...i started back in the gym this past january and was working out around twice a week(when i took the pic for my avatar) but now that im working fulltime i literally cant do it, my body cant handle it..not yet...but im only working the job i am to pay for school, and I only need a couple more grand to be good 2 go, then ile just chill fora few months and hit the gym again( hopefully my recovery will be better by then as well) the down time sucks ass, but i know the gym will always be there..and how fast muscle comes back, so that gives me a little peace of mind..anyway thanks for the encouragement again brothas.
