    Starting out

Hey, I'm obviously new to this. I know the first thing i am going to be told is to do my research. I have done research, but there is so much information on the internet that I do not know what information is believable. What I am really looking for is first hand information from people who really know what works best. Alright, I'm 6' 2", 201 pounds and I do not know my body fat %, but I would be willing to guess it is not really high. I used to work out regularly, but since I have been off to college I have slacked off hard and lost a lot of muscle. I stay in pretty good shape even in my sedentary state. My goals are to gain 15 or so lbs of lean muscle and to get a leaner more cut shape. I know that I need to start a good workout and diet before I even consider a cycle. I was hoping that someone could give me some ideas for a good workout and diet. My second question is, if I do become dedicated to a good workout and diet, what kinds of gains and accomplishments should I expect to see. And lastly, how long should I go before I start a cycle, and with my goals in mind, what should I take in my first cycle, and what should I take for my PCT.

I'll be nice and give you your biggest start. Read the thread at the top of this page entitled "Newbies Starter Pac". Cheers.

the information here is the most reliable you will find, from the combination of scientific information on the profiles and user experience. we need to know more about you, from the sounds of it you need to work on your diet and training more than thinking about juice. like said before, diet and training forums are your best friend, 85% of bbing is diet anyways. how old are you?

get your diet and workouts on point for a few months at least. I would say a year because i know you could put on another 10lbs before you started but i know yu are anxious to start. Buy all of your gear, pins, and pct before you start. Keep your first cycle simple. Like test e 500 mg ew, for 12 weeks. I think you could gain 30lbs, 20-25 of it lean, keepable lbs. good luck and post your proposed cycle, diet and workouts and we'll try to help some more.
