lol i freeze at questions. some of them r so stupid tho, thats why. just relax and give an honest answer, dont try to make it sound special or anything. i try to go into interviews with the mindset that they are looking for people to so i try to ask questions to just to make it even.

I've done the "Behavioral" type interview and the classic one...I don't know what it's called. With the behavioral one it's harder to lie about yourself and requires you to think on your feet. I do really well with the new behavioral ones. I had an interview where I had to go in with two different teams of 6 people and it was like a board. I was sitting across from them in one and then I was surrounded by 6 in the second interview. Very nerve racking but I made a good impression. I think the key is just to express interest in the company and ask valid questions at the end. Practice makes perfect though. My first interview after getting out of the military I bombed...but they still wanted to hire me?? I ended up turning it down because the job didn't sound so great after I learned more about the company
