Melatonin
L-Tryptophan
Just to name a few,

I've used l-tryptophan, melatonin, valerian root, gaba. So far, I think that l-tryptophan and meltatonin work the best. Kava kava does sound interesting though. Supposedly it gives you a buzz like alcohol.Originally Posted by ottomaddox

look for over-the-counter sleep aids which contain doxylamine succinate. it worked like magic for me!
i take 10mg melatonin, 200mg tryptophan,100mg b6 bout 20mins b4 bed. and bout 30 mins b4 bed i take benadryl or hydroxyzine
