OK Her goes. I spent the last 2 months doing core trainning and lost 17 lbs. Now i am at 5,9 172lbs. 22.8% body fat and approx 64.5lbs muscle. I am using a HOmedics body fat/ muscle scale. I know they are not totaly accurate but i figure it will help show trends. Just started and 8 week cycle of GH 3iu per day for a week then upto 4 and test 100mg every 3 days. Changing workouts from whole body. Any advice that anyone could give would be appreciated.
