My Gyno surgery (before and after pics)

I had a nasty case of gyno, got my surgery the 19th of february.
The before pics are from the day of the surgery and the after pics are from earlier today.

it cost me over 5k (yeah i paid it myself ). the best thing ive ever done in my entire life was getting this surgery done. I was so fking prone to gyno i got the symptoms with the ichy nips n shit 6 hours after my first cycle (had been taking 10mg of dbol by that time lol).

stopped going to the gym when i started studying and i turned into a fat blob lol but ive always had that chewbacca thing going on lol.

oh yeah and i have like no scars at all but one of my nips still has some hard scar tissue and it looks kind of swollen.

Bro you had it bad. Please dont take this the wrong way. But did you ever try and loss weight before you had the surgery? if you dropped 30 pounds and took and anti it my not have been some bad.

wow thanks for the pics bro. You dont happen to have any pics before your cycle do you? Did you have no apparent gyno before the dbol and then after the dbol thats when the gyno occured?? did you ever try running some Anti-E's.

i had massive work done, lipo around the tits and the gland removal and draining, no pain at all, got really strong meds lol. i was able to hit the gym about 4 weeks after the surgery.

believe me i tried everything, i started cardio in the am i lost lot of wheight (this was before i could afford the surgery) but it looked alot worse (i lost about 33lbs), they got really pointy like titties, so i gave that idea up. i had used nolva during the cycle.

i did have gyno since puberty but it wasnt anywhere near what i had, my guess is thats why i was so ****ing prone to it.. but still even though i got some serious bitch tits im still happy i poked myself lol

the doc told me that if i only had the glands removed i would have this huuge cave in look thingy coz believe me i had really huge breast tissue. they removed about 200-250 grams (if i remember correctly).

lol im not making this up now but i had the biggest tits in the family (including the women)

no it wont go away with working out and losing weight cause its actually breast tissue and is much tighter tissue than fatty tissue.he could be skinny and still have them. so more than likely they cut the bottom of the nipple and cut most of it out and lipo-d out the rest.then had drain tubes for a few weeks and had to wear a really sweet under jacket for a bit (am i close?). just curious on how well your sergeon did. i see you had it pretty bad when the surgery was over did both of pecs remain the same size?? life changing aint it. i bet that really upped your confidents! congrats

yeah that was pretty much what they did. but i didnt need any drain tubes, but the tight tight jacket i did need for 6-8 weeks if i remember correctly.
it really was life changing, i mean before i wore like 2 really tight shirts under my sweater/t-shirt to make them less visible or even use duct tape on my tits . i did this during the summer and oh man i sweat like a pig...

yeah i bet it did. but u didnt have any drain tubes???????? usually if they remove that much they should installa drain tube on each side, usually because being that there is an empty space there they tend to fill up with liquid and need to be drained. well maybe it wasn t as bad as it looked. i bet ur a ton happier.. yeah i had gyno before and never took my shirt off . moslty wore sweat shirts in winter and you know the feeling! hahaha thats really tight zipper up jacket is a bitch! itchy too!

yeah it feels great to be able to wear whatever i want lol. the good part is even though naked i still look fat when i have a shirt or something i still look pretty good hehe
