after three days you should be showing a fever and it should be painful so i would guess you're ok....
DEFINITELY watch it! if fever or pain hits all of the sudden get to the ER...you don't want to **** around with an infection

no fever...feel fine....little to no pain to touch...pretty standard tho after my leg injections...but i hert like hell on the virgin muscle and could barely walk for a few days...
