building a nice plan for myself. staying natty for now. i used to drink energy drinks and shit of the like and i've heard experiences with glutamine for the repair process.

well i read about glutamine here and don't want to use it. seems overrated. and i want something with a punch of energy for the gym. getting back into this shit isn't easy for me. so far i have been hovering over NO Shotgun or NO products. No luck for the repair.

any ideas for energy and repair? cheerz.
