I read that on clen its best to consume 1 1/2 g of protein per pound. 1/4 g of fat per pound and 1/2 g of carbs per pound. so thats what im basing my diet on.
Would you add T3?
Clen will just aid the fat loss,its all in the diet and cardio.
i dont know much about it. how would i use it?

im not a big fan of overweight people jumping into any fat burner/ thermo really without already haveing been working out for some time. Clen does put stress on your body, cardio system, heart etc. Maybe use a very low dose the first 3 weeks. Are you going to cycle benadryl in there wityh it to prevent receptor downregulation?
clen does work well for me. Make sure you carry around chapstick with you and drink PLANTY of water. Taurine is supposed to help with any cramps/pumps you have. I found that if i took mine with or shortly after a meal it stimulated my appetite somewhat, but if i took too much before a meal i had to force myself to eat. hope this helps

DNP is venom. He does not even know how to put a good diet and cardio plan together, nor he does know how to run any other fatloss aid...
When getting on something as dangerous as DNP you better know VERY well what you are getting yourself in.
My advice fot theman... Learn how to plan your diet and make an effective cardio training, without that it is not even worth to take a look at fatloss aid products.
i totally agree. Imo fat loss products are safest and best used for those who are lower in bodyfat anyway. get your diet posted here, have it critiqued. I would definitely go with clen. I would start of with diet and cardio, then after a month or two then start clen. That should help jump start the weight loss again.
i have lost nearly 90lbs in a little over 11 months , if i can do that you can loose 30+lbs, and that was purely hard work in the gym and loads of cardio, no clen or any other shit. get your diet sorted,get in the gym and work like hell for three months , you will be amazed at what you can achieve.
