    Hello All

    Hi, old newbie here. I've been on EF since 2005 but I've grown tired of all the petty shit there. People spend money to buy karma so they can bomb each other like a bunch of babies. If you don't know what that means be glad, its stupid,

    Anyway, I'm 42, about 5"11 235lbs. Been training since 1983 (ouch) did my first cycle in 1990. Looking forward to sharing my experience here and learning more.
