1 Multivitamin
Total 73 / 51.5 / 9.5
Meal 2 (10:00am)
5oz tuna 32 / 2 / 1.5
1 Dannon Light&Fit Serving of Vanilla Yogurt 8 / 12 / 0
**Vanilla STRANGELY has less sugar than the PLAIN**
3/4 cup of Kashi Honey Oat Cereal 5 / 12(real carbs) / 1
8oz of Organic Green Tea that I make out the tea bag

Steamed Bell Pepper (Green, Red) 1 / 7 / 1
Steamed Broccolli 1 / 4 / 1
Meal 6 (11:00pm)
1/2 cup of almonds 8 / 6 / 13
8oz of Grean Tea
1 DHEA capsules
2 Arginine Capsules
BUT OK !!! there is what i ate yesterday !! and about 1-2 hours AFTER every meal i was STARVING !!!
HELP ME !! why is that !?! is my metabolism THAT FAST NOW !?!?!? did i go overboard?!?!
am i a fat burning machine yet![]()
but yea, please help me out... you guys have critiqued this diet before and you says looks pretty solid, but man, its getting to where im going to have to eat DOUBLE the servings to get full !!
please... please tell me that dying of hunger 1hour after I eat is part of the leaning up diet? or am i doing something wrong?

and them almonds are like 14g of fat ALONE with only 1/4 a cup !!!!!
