Sorry guys, i dont find this funny at all. If its fake or real it still is cruel. Its basically making fun of a guy (or people) who have an illness that isnt their fault. I know it looks/sounds quite funny but i dont think that humour or entertainment should be made out of a disease/syndrome/illness.
