    yea, I dunno what to do to increase my pec dude, I`ve trained it so hard this year and I get almost no differece at all... I'm lost, I've even considered synthol.

    Synthol is probably the worst thing a AAS user can do to himself...

    Man you are lookin tonk! Could def use more work on the chest but you have the tight look that chicks (at least my wife) dig. Good for you, bud! I'd suggest cable flyes on the incline bench - that's a bitch on the upper chest - you squeeze your hands past each other at the top for a nice contraction- helps w/ definition, mass.

    What were your cycles?
