I've started my cycle 2 weeks ago. (500mg test e) Still waiting for it to kick in.
I've also started the Slingshot training system, quick point is: you have to eat below your BMR for 2 weeks to increase your insulin sensitivity and so on. You also do around 4 sets per workout and some cardio afterwards is preferred
for those two weeks.
I'm 6.3 around 247lbs and 14-15% bf. Just checked that my Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) is 2395.25 cals. So I have to eat around 500cals below that, 1895
to be exact.
In theory you should get around 1.25 grams of protein per 1lbs of body weight. Which is around 310grams.
Now 310 grams is 1240cals just from protein, so i'm left with 655 cals.
You also have to keep around 50% cals from carbs and 50% from healthy fat.
So this brings me to my question:
How in the name of god can you keep up with eating only this amount per day! I've been eating around 5000 clean per day and felt normal.
Is there any tricks or healthy snacks that don’t have alot of calories in it?!
Or i just need to take it like a man and just don't eat those 2 weeks and wait?
