Anyone tried this pak by Universal. Same maker of Animal Pak vitamins. Supposed to help with joint and ligament support. I've been taking it for a month but I can't really tell if it's working yet.

yes, ive takin it. It took a little while for me to feel less sholder pain but deff not a month.
upping my flax seed also helped btw
