    Winny joint pain??

Ok so I stopped taking winny at 75mg per day because of the pain I started getting in my elbow and knee. After over a week of being off of it and starting to take Glucosmaine\MSM\Chondroiton my joint pain is gone. Being that im taking the supps to support my joints, if I started back winny at 50mg per day do you think my joint pain would come back??

I've done winny twice but cant anymore because I have an AC joint problem that I'm trying to keep under control.

IMHO, the strength a steroid has is more powerful than any herb/natural supplements' ability to negate it...so I think even at 50mg you would still have some discomfort although not as severe as before. If you can handle it, then you could add winny back into your regimen.

    cheers

nah i wouldn't think that any herb is going to counteract the effects winny has on your joints if your suseptible to joint pain. Im in the same boat, i avoid winny b/c ive had problems. IMHO i think winny sucks, but, thats off topic. Here say is that if you use deca in conjunction with it the estrogen will lubricate your joints, thats worth a shot if your determined to take it.

    Yes.
    This could go either way.
As stated by CMonster, the supplement may not negate Winny's negative effects, when they meet head to head. Remember, you were pain free after discontinuing Winny, not while on cycle. However, the supp levels may have built up enough to outweigh the Winny.

You'll have to try it and see. Also if necessary, look to increasing your supp dosage, and/or decreasing the Winny.

There is no harm in using the supps to alleviate the discomfort. They may even help a little.

Its true that steroids are stronger than the supps - but deosnt mean they wont help.
Magic is right, try a lower dose winny dose and see how you get on.
