    pics from 2 months ago...

Just thought I'd post these up. These were taken about 2 months ago in the middle of my first cycle. I'm 6'2", 215 with 10% BF here.

Also want to say you've got a really great board here. I've been on Musclechemistry and Fitnessboard mostly but plan to be here more often.

Thanks guys. Yeah...delts have always grown easily for me. I've even been thinking of stopping all shoulder presses to balance things out. I would love it if my chest was bigger, I've heard that before juttsin. I made a lot of progress in the past few months with chest, strength wise, and I can see a major difference in thickness, particularly in the upper part so I'm happy with that. But, I'm not satisfied with my size at all. I'm only 24 so I've got years of growing ahead.

Good job. You look very good mate. Geez....I'm starting to think ripped up physiques is the norm these days. Everybody seems to have a damn good body. Crap, let me get back to the gym.

    All right, a leg shot.

My legs are a work in progress...currently measuring just 25 1/4" but I've put almost 2 inches on them since July. I've been punishing them.

    Be nice!

    skid-For the past 3 months...

Quads: 2 lite sets on the leg exts. to warm up, then 4 sets of DEEP heavy squats or hack squats, 3 sets of heavy leg presses, and 3-4 sets of heavy leg extensions. Hitting failure on my last sets at around 5-6 reps. I change the order of exercises every 2 workouts or so.

Hams: 4 sets of leg curls and 4 sets of heavy straight-leg deads.

Calves: 4 sets standing raises or leg press calf raises then 4 sets seated raises...each as heavy as possible, changing my foot positions inward and outward.

I've been trying to concentrate on feeling the specific muscle I'm working the entire set and relaxing everything else. Always using strict form and a belt. So far, it's been working great. Only thing is, sometimes I have to split up quad day and ham and calf day because it takes so long when I do them all in one.

well, we're doing the same exercises in the same quantity ... but I bet you're going much heavier than me ... I guess it's time to grow some huevos and throw on a couple more plates ... do you mind telling what weights you're up to so I have a reference point? thanks, bro!

Why? How much do I look like I lift? It isn't much I will warn you...

On my last sets right now, I'm using 5 plates each side on hack squats, 315 on BB squats, 7 plates each side on leg presses, 225 on straight-leg deads, 4 plates on seated calf raises. For leg exts. 250, leg curls 150 and standing calf raises 300, although the machines are different at each gym with these.

isn't much my ass ... we're pretty much on par for the extensions, curls, and calves, but you're going a LOT heavier than me on the squats and presses ... I think I might try to "kick it up another notch" tonite

    thanks for the motivation!
