Can anyone recommend a good solid gym in central florida? Would like to avoid places like planet fitness and stuff. Will be looking for a new gym in a couple months and was wondering if anyone's got some good/bad experiences around these parts.

I'm a member of Gold's around Central FL. It might not be what you are looking for, but if you get a chance check out the Golds in Kissimmi.
