Hey guys. I am new to this forum and have been reading alot before posting. There is a great wealth of information here. My problem is i am 36 years old 6'2' 288 at about 23%bf I have done a few cycles in my 20s but i havent done anything in about 5 years. I have been back in the gym now for about 2 months doing 1 hour of cardio the weight training. My diet is very clean and have lost 20 lbs in the last 2 months. The problem i am having is i am starting to lose a lil muscle size and also want to bulk my delts a lil more. Is there anything i can take that will allow me to maintain or add a lil muscle while dieting down? My goal is to get below 10%bf and in order o do that i belive i need to lose about 50 more lbs.
