So about a week ago I was wakebaording and landed a jump wrong, went to the doc next day, did mri, etc. Here is what I am facing....
From MRI report:
Complete tear of ACL
Bone contusions on lateral femoral condyle
Tiny impact fracture at top of lateral femoral condyle
Partial tear of popiltiues muscle (muscle behind my knee)
Tiny piece of bone missing at top of my lateral femoral condyle from impact
My question is....I went into this injury strong....so how long will i be able to do a little jogging....?????? my reconstructive surgery is in the begining of sept......any ideas from people who have torn their ACL's in the past? How long is rehab? Thanks!!!!
