Ok right now Im taking 4 different supplements which include multivitamins, amino acids, professional strength creatine, and professional strength nitric oxide.
Twin Amino 2000 fuel- 2 tablets for lunch and 4 tablets for dinner
(dosage: 2-4 every meal)
Six Star Professional Strength Creatine- 7.5grams of ethyl ester creatine daily
Mens Once a Daily- 1 tablet a day
Six Star Nitric Oxide- 6 tablets at lunch then 6 30minutes before workout, so 12 tablets every day I lift
- I dont really want to put on that much size and I want to keep my muscle hardness, the creatine wont help these. How long will the effects of the water retention last after taking creatine?
Is it easy to gain the tone and hardness back to your muscles?
And hopefully my size will drope dramatically too?
Please I need opinions...
