hiya guys, im really thinking about competing. theres a comp in may 09 in barry (UK, Wales) which id like to train for.
have ran a few cycles in the past but want to start training in jan 08.
was wondering should i run a few bulk cycles in 08 to get as big as i can. mayb 3months on/3months off/3months on/3months off then in jan 09 a bulk and cut cycle. Any bulk cycles you suggest?
training wise, should i mostly be focusing on compound exercises most of 08. im def going to be focusing on bringing my legs up.
diet wise, ill be eating as clean as poss while bulking to minimise the fat gain which will be easier to drop while cutting. im going to be paranoid of getting fat though but i guess its all part of it.
