I got my hands on some paper but I wan to make sure I don't waste it.

Here's my question...
Do I just swallow the white paper inside or brown cardboard piece as well?

Dude if you mean paper that has hormone on it you do not eat it, unless its an oral. You woudl need to refine it into an injectable. You need to go to the Lab forum and ask the dudes there what to do with it

Most of the papers are orals. Which hormone is in the paper? If its an oral hormone you just put it in your mouth, disolve it with saliva and swallow it.

Proviron which should (better) be oral because although I am not a virgin, there is no way I would know how to refine it into an injectable.
