Just use the liquid clen. Easier to measure out. I like to go 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I also like to supplement taurine. Take it in the morning, if you take it to late you may have trouble sleeping. Start with a low dose and work your way up. Good Luck.

I personally prefer this one but pay more attention at the possible sides that can occur while keeping high doses for the entire middle week: if they come out taper down the dose to 120 or 100mcg. If you don't feel hyperactivity or jitters sympthoms you could build it up to 160mcg or so but this is not advised for first time users.

i like the 2 days on/off. Its simple, and it works. Start at 20, and bump up ONLY if you dont feel a little "wound up". If you shake badly and get headaches, your dose it too high.
