Hey im a newb on this site tryin to get some info
i did a cycle last year of winny takin about 3 50 mg tabs a week...started out 6'4 185, got up to 203 in 9 weeks...since then i have lost almost all of it but havent been training as intensily...wonderin if theres any cycles anyone would reccomend to put on good weight...goal is about 210-215
