    Cutting

    I am going on vaca in a month and have picked up my cardio and lowered my cals, already lost 10 pounds but my strength has gone down a little. I know this is gonna happen but is there ne thing i can do to slow this down so i dont lose too much mass&strength stayin juice free?

    strength and endurance

    just 4-5lbs water weight. as soon as u stop, it will drop off also

    i have alot of mono, how long do you think it will take for the water weight to drop, i never really paid attention to that while i was cycling creatine.

    i already take in alot of bcaas from my protein supp, what would u sugest for other ways of cunsumption?

    more food but cleaner....... its hard eating very clean food but its a lifestyle

    Within days of stopping, I notice dropping the weight.
    as far as bcaas, for better/more consumption, you can buy plain old bcaa powder
    and also as lexed said, a clean strict diet will do the trick as well
