I plan to eat 5-6000 calories/350+ grams of protein per day in good clean food, I eat healthy anyway. I will supplement 3 meals with pro complex weight gain and ensure plus; sometimes I mix the two to get 1050 calories per shake. I eat only the egg whites, lots of beef(ribeyes,bacon,roast,etc.) a well balanced portion of green,yellow and/or orange veggies, and baked potatoes or rice. Each meal consists roughly of about 1000 calories. I eat every 3 hours-which is very difficult for me since I'm naturally not a big eater, but I'm very disciplined about my goals.
My very first cycle I gained 35lbs. in 4 months and that was being inexperienced and taking suggestions from people that i just trusted-since they supposedly knew more than me about aas and weight training. I stopped my 5-6000 calorie intake and dropped back down to 165lbs. in about 3 months,also I used no pct. I still retained some muscle and I look very lean, actually women tell me not to gain anymore,but I want to break the 200+lbs. mark and then rip down to about 185lbs of lean muscle after this cycle.
I am starting my training with high volume this time, I respond well to it and I'm trying to make sure that I avoid any injuries from lifting too heavy- I think I may be injury prone sometimes, and that's very frustrating to start a cycle and have to cut it short because of an injury that really shouldn't have happened- so, I'm going to keep it lighter for the first 3 months-then change to some real compound mass excercises;squats,deadlifts,pull-ups,clean press,etc.
I plan to run this cycle for 10-12 months, I know I will get alot of feedback from this amount of time,but here's my reasoning: Why keep shocking your system going on and off when you haven't reached your goals yet? I wonder if that's worse on your body. The way I'm figuring is to run it for the amount of time necessary to reach my goals-then do some extended pct. and come off the juice for good-or maybe some short tweaking cycles every now and then. I plan to protect my body during this run by using liver protectants, HCG throught the cycle to keeps my boys somewhat in order, and maybe even dropping to a lower dosage for about a month after 4 months on-then resume previous dosages. Pro body builders stay on for years and manage, i just want to do it for approx. 1 year- I don't want to get freakishly big, I just want to be king of the grocery isle! a nice greek physique if you will.

500mg of sustamed per week (52 weeks)
400mg of EQ from Balkan (52 weeks)
50-100mg of provimed per day(52 weeks)
50mg Anapolon per day for (4 weeks)
1mg of Cabaser/Cabergoline per week
HCG through out cycle(suggestions on dosage welcomed)
100mg of ******* tren A eod (weeks 16-32/40-52)
50mg of winny tabs ed (weeks 16-32/40-52)
Liver protectants ed
I have plenty of Arimidex and Clomid just in case I need them.
I will change to a cutting cycle after 4 or more months to shred the fat off,then take anapolon @ 50mg per day for (4 weeks ) again as well as take the tren A and winny again at the end of the cycle.
PCT:
100mg of clomid ( week 1);50mg (weeks 2 and 3)
HCG- I need more accurate info on the dosages ( I read where some people took too much)
I will take the HCG 6-7 days prior to pct.
I will run the sustamed two weeks longer without the EQ, then begin pct. 2-3 weeks after my last injection.
I will be also taking testosterone producing supplements to help assist in bringing my levels and body back to normal.
I take mens sport mega vitamins,1000+mg of vitamin C, and Liquid Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM daily.
I also take HGH producing supplements,I plan on getting some real HGH (Jintropin) in a couple of months to run with and without my cycles.
I would appreciate any input as to whether it would be better to use masteron for cutting and/or primobolan as a bridge for my 4 month cutting cycle. I would also like to prevent stressing my joints too much-I read that maybe switching to 400mg EQ/250mg sustamed would help build collagen levels.(maybe for a month or so)
I also have an ample supply of IP cialis and Rize2, I LOOOVE the girls!
P..S. as long as I get my proper rest, will alot of sex hamper my training or growth?

If for some reason I get injured, I plan to practice static training until I'm back up to par-less frequent training, but still intense.
I would malso like suggestions on what's best; to cruise at a lower dosage of the same aas and/or to switch aas for the cruise period-and how this affects receptor sites.
