Adex or Letro?

would you recommend Adex or Letro?

Adex. Letro is overkill to run during a cycle IMO

Yea most people dont like letro ( its strong).. Adex will suffice..

I like letro .. I had to play with the dose to see what worked best for me..

at about .25 mg a day (most days, i forgot some) after 6-8 weeks of letro my wrists and some other joints were in terrible pain. Too little estrogen for too long can hurt your immune system and joints. I do like letro however, jut maybe on short heavy cycles. Adex is perfect for estrogen control while on cycle imo. i started with .5 mg when i was bloated then went to .25 mg ed

I would also go with arimidex. I only use letro when i see signs of gyno. It is very strong.

Definitely use arimidex during cycle. Save the Letro for your PCT.
