Short cycle pct

I was on winny alone for 5 weeks and got some advice to end the cycle, my pct is nolvadex and clomid. how long do i run the pct? 3 weeks? after pct how long until i can run another cycle?

i dont know that there is much research on pct for winny only....as far as when you can start up again, orals hurt your liver....time on = time off....that should be inclusive of your pct, so you run a 5 week winny 3 week pct, stay off for 8 weeks....thats by the book, i've seen people do less, but hey its their liver not mine, who am i to say anything?

what are your goals? how were your gains? was your diet in check? what are your stats?

winstrol will effect natural HPTA pretty hard. use the standard NOLVA/CLOMID for PCT.

im, 23 5'6", i put on 12 lbs, went from 158-170, diet was a bit heavy in terms of calories, but clean, whole foods. i normally take in 2700 calories/day and i bumped it up by 1000 for the bulk. saw decent gains in shoulders, traps, chest, and back,but not much on the legs or arms though.

It was not oral, i was injecting, does that cut down the time between pct and my next cycle?
