Before i get accused of racism lemme start by saying that the voting system i believe that should be setup like this...
A million educated people are selected to vote each year, with each race having equal proportion in numbers so that would mean that 500,000 educated white people are allowed to vote, and 500,000 educated black people are allowed to vote and lemme explain why....
South Africas 30 million population is 80% made up of people who have the education of a kindergarten, they can't read... they can't write... they have no math skills.... Absolutely no understanding of government or politics whatsoever... Worse yet that 80% has no history of democracy nor does that 80% even care about democracy in the same way you and i would feel. Now why is this way... Because hey its Africa and historically africa has been the poorest least educated continent there is and also in part due to the horribly white racist government that refused to help educate the black people and instead let them be self governed by their own tribal chiefs "basicly governed by a dictatorship."
The fact of the matter is, is that any government in which the government itself remains highly educated, but the people themselves are VERY uneducated, it spells doom for any democracy and possible eventual dictatorship. Because since the people choose who leads them. The education and intelligence of the people reflects how the government will be too.... Now you might be thinking to yourself "hooray for the black people down with the oppressive white people" the fact of the matter is, is that any educated person in south africa, Black White, Green unless they will be in the government itself, they are eventually doomed. Although while maybe the non educated people of south Africa might do better for a little bit, in the long term they will be hurt greatly...
If the United States or Great Britain was suddenly forced to adopt a voting policy that would make it so 80% of the voters would be people who had the education of kindergartner, no understanding of politics government.. We'd be doomed. There would be chaos, It'd be horrible.
