268 pds,,,does this sound right for a pwo shake? 50grams whey protien? 50 grams worth of dextrose( NOW brand works to be like 12 teaspoons)50 grams of maltodextrin(Now brand Carbo Gain 1/2 cup) approx 20 oz water,,after my work out i do 20-30 mins cardio then drink shake then have last meal 2 hrs later which is usually chicken an brown rice,then bed,,,i just started this pwo yesterday it didnt taste to sweet but seemed to make me feel weird for a few,,to much sugar? what do u guys think? did i miss something,,thanks,,,,,
