sup guys, i got a couple ?'s about var. i just picked up some no flush niacin and milk thistle to go with my var, and i was just wondering how many milligams or grams of niacin and thistle to take. also i thought i read somewhere about some people taking var and on their off days they would take a lower dosage than on the days they worked out. is this true? your guys thoughts? thanks in advance.
