first time gyno

Hi,
am running my 1st cycl , have completed 500 Mg test E for 1- 6 weeks
from weeks 7-10 andriol caps ( 40 MG ) 8 caps spread four times a day
am in nearing the end of my 8 week. & have been geting a nagging sharp pricking kind of pain on only my left nipple as if a needle it stuck somewhere inside. is this gyno & if so why only on one side of the chest
have just taken nolva 100 mg over the last 36 hrs bust the pricking still persists

i also have some a-dex on hand

Nolva will work, but requires time…and please don’t take too much hoping for quicker results:
