    1-16 100mg prop ED
    1-12 100mg tren ACE !!! EOD
    1-16 EQ is good @ 600week 300mg 2x week
    1-4. 8-12. run VAR 100mg for 4 weeks on 4 off...i like high doses of VAR
    12-16 ZAMMYS!!! 100mg taken by mouth.
    Provirion 50mg ED throughout.

    PCT protocol as well
