    Perfect Physique

I had no idea that bumping old threads was a faux pas. Anyways, as before I nominate Christian Bale (in Equilibrium or Reign of Fire), and was reminded of an old favourite of mine, Frank Zane.

Not that i would like to look like him, but Edward Norton in American History X. I would like a bit more mass. But he was beefy in that movie.

Interesting look. If you compare him to current bodybuilder his delts, triceps, chest and quad sweep would be considered too small.

I think what we are saying is that some of us do not particularly like the way things are now-a-days and we like the Nubret / Zane look!!

Zane has absolutely nothing on Nubret. Look at that insane thickness Nubret had. That's ****ing sick. If I were him, I would have never worn a shirt.

Sorry to say but the "bodybuilders" today look like idiots.

His head is fine. I use a Marine-style flat top crew cut like that as well (but the top isnt as high as Shawn's there).

Sergio Oliva,Franco,Robby Robinson ect All great builds But Serge Nubrets symmetry and look hands down the best,I have a pic of serge standing next to Franco and Arnold,Serges build Is far more superior(more than likly genetics). And by arnold own emmision "Serge has one of the best builds I have ever seen".Not sure of the exact Quote but its to that effect and can be found In his Encyclopedia.

Flex Wheeler for sure, he had great size yet held onto his incredible aesthetics... Serge has gotta be up there, too though, no arguing that.

Francis Bennafato, had and still has rediculous symetry.

i agree with serge and flex having perhaps the most aesthetically perfect bodies but i've always thought bob paris had the best of them all.

His arms actually suck. His triceps are way too small and that's actually always been a problem with Markus.
