    Red face BCAA Question

    I have a question.
    When they say 5G Bcaa, thats like 4-5 servings depending on the amount of BCAA in your brand.

    Now is that 5G All together, 5g of each BCAA?

    5g alltogether...usually its in a 2 to 1 to 1 ratio
