1 week pause: good or bad idea?

I'm wondering how bad it would be to start this cycle, but discontinue use for 1 week, halfway through it (the reason is I'm planning on taking a vacation at the end of January), then afterwards continue the cycle.

Should I wait to start the cycle until I get back? Anyone?

Well I'm taking a plane to Puerto Vallarta, and I'm afraid I'd get in trouble with vials of ´roids which have a picture of a dog on the label in my suitcase...

My cycle would be the Intermediate Cycle I

take a shot of ur test and deca before you leave.. they both a long ester so u will be fine. u will screw ur lvls for a bit tho but better then gettin arrested in the aiport!

Though I doubt I'd be working out as hard as I normally do (if at all) during that week...we'll see. I have the gear already, still not sure if I should do it or if I should wait it out until I come back.

You'll probably be so active doing other things that you'll get plenty of exercise even if you don't go to the gym that week.

i agree to keep ur blood levels relatively stable, take it anyways even on that week off.

You'll probably see more growth in this week if you don't workout - growth doesn't happen in the gym, it happens when you are resting...IMO do the shot the morning you leave and you should be fine, like mentioned you blood levels are going to fluctuate, but if you don't take that shot before you leave your levels will drop and then raise again

Personally I'd wait till I got back, its only a few more weeks bro. Scenario...you take your shot the day you fly out, but while trying to fly back in you get delayed, or something happens to where you cant fly out for a couple days, stuck at the airport, etc..... Why risk it? Chances of it happening are slim but just wait a little longer till you get back then hit it hardcore. I would use that week off while you in Puerto Vallarta to be a rest week then get back and do it up. Up to you tho.

I'd wait till you get back Its only a few weeks. If your hoping to make drastic changes by the time you get there its unlikley, the test and deca will just be kicking in and the only thing you'll have is bloat from the d-bol, and who wants a bloated beach body??
