Is the nolvadex from gnc good or do I look like a idiot for saying that now lol. And my last ? is where can I get clomid and please dont tell me online I was looking for a sure thing maybe a website or link? O yea I am 6'' and 170 pounds 24 years old. any other info would be great thanks. I have also done a lot of research but evertime I do I get led in other directions so I wanted to see what would come to me thanks again.

170???...bro how long have you been training??.. also read the rules...cant ask for links and such on here...the nolvadex at GNC more than likely will not help you..There are many threads on here about cycling...I suggest you read up on them aswell as the profiles..

start with a proper diet, you should be able to get heavier than you are now with a solid diet/training routine, dont neglect natural training.

you can get clomid at ar-r, but i dont suggest you run a cycle yet.

oops my bad , I have been training for about 2 1/2 years the last year very serious, I have a very good diet but I can not put on weight, this is the most I have ever weighed and I have to keep on it or I lose it rite away. I am not jumping into this cycle either, asking many ? and much more research, I want to optomize my cycle and my body. I also have hypoglycemia and like I said just cant keep the weight on. I thought a cycle would help me out. I have also hit a stanstill in my training and was hoping this would help my go above and beyond that. Also looking at the diet chart when u click on diet, I intake more then that and have 1 shake int the moring 1 half before and the other after the gym and caien protein before I go to bed. I dont know how to futher ready myself? I dont want to overtrain and I cant fit anymore food in me.

If you can't put on weight naturally then you will definitely not put on weight with steroids. Steroids are not some magic pills that make you gain weight and size. You have to support the steroids with proper nutrition and exercise. Research more and educate before you medicate.

for starters tell us how many calories you eat a day and how many cals come from protein, fat, and carbs..the reason you cant gain weight is b/c youre not eating enough..i know you think you know how to eat, but I guarantee that you dont..I used to think I knew how to eat, but boy was I wrong..when I learned the proper way, the gains I made were the best of my life..head to the diet forum and start reading..after only a couple years of training, you still have lots to learn..no need to rush into anyting

at 6 feet i would imagine you could get to 200+ with a proper diet no problem.

to determine bodyfat you need to get bodyfat calipers or get a trainer or someone experienced to measure it for you, a lot of cheap bf calipers give shitty readings

at 6' you should be able to easily get to 200lbs naturally with proper diet, and you need to get someone to measure your body fat, there are scales that claim to do it but in my experience they are way off.

Ima sophomore in college now and i weigh 185.. and its not jus eating.. like the guys on here said its PROPER eating and lifting
