you have a solid base. just get your diet in check and you will see results. you got plenty of time to grow. calves and arms look sharp though.
Thanks, working on my diet for a few days now once I get it all straightened up I will be eating alot more.. i find it hard to eat alot unless i have some sort of schedule or guideline so im getting that done asap and I will post it.
What exercises do u do 4 ur chest day?
I just started a new workout routine
for chest im going to be doing:
5x5 Flat Bench
3x10 INclince DB Press
3x10Incline Flies
and I do 2 sets of 15 for calves on chest day also..how does that look.. it doesn't seem like much but the 5x5 is quite a good pump

Yeah my chest sucks man lol, I just got back from my chest workout today felt real good felt stronger than last day which is awsome should be up to doin 5 sets of 5 with 225 in no time, especially when i start eating more cuz im pretty sure ive been eating terribly the past couple weeks!
Only problem is my triceps are really strong.. my strongest muscle by far so im not sure if im really workin my chest all that great, i do dips when i can i go to univ gym and its busy as hell all the time so i do good to get even a bench press sometimes have to wait around 20mins or more
do weights dips...will help ur chest out
u have a great base but definitely keep working on the chest and those abs could use a lil work also but overall ur doing great......keep training hard bro !!!
thanks for the advice, ill try to get in some dips for sure my abs good call i never really thought about that.. i use to have abs but i stopped working them because i just figured i needed to put on weight and it was pointless because im going to get a little bloated with some fat but not that i look at the pics i do need to work on abs.. thanks.
