Same problem here too. I am getting that you need 25 post, 45-post and I saw one that you need 100 post before you can PM. Mod, please clear this up. Thanks

you may have already tried this, but to anyone who hasn't,
go to "user cp" near the top left,
then click "edit options"
then check "enable private messaging"
