    Need Answers for first real cycle

    hey guys im 22, 5'11'' about 195...i used to be real in shape in high school from wrestling my whole life...i was 152 about 6.5% bf
    im trying to get to about 160-170...im same height as i was in high school...i eat good and im healthy but the diet just isnt doin it for me so i just started exercising again and was lookin for a little help...i was thinking about taking this cycle but wanted to get some opinions first

    WEEKS 1- 6: Winstrol 50mg Every Other Day
    WEEKS 1- 6: Trenabol 75mg Every Other Day
    WEEKS 1- 6: T3 50-75mcg Every Day

    WEEKS 1- 8: HCG 300-500iu Every 4-5 days
    WEEKS 1-10: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg 14 days ON, 14 days OFF
    WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every day

    WEEK 8: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
    WEEK 9: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
    WEEK 10: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day

    can i get some feedback/advice/just about anything you all want to tell me from dieting to side effects to results to workout suggestions

    i think you need to head to the diet forum and reevaluate your diet. If youre trying to lean out steroids arent the answer, diet and cardio are really the keys, besides your proposed cycle is terrible. A recommended first cycle is commonly 500mg/wk of test e for 10-12 followed by proper PCT. Running tren without test is just asking to have zero sex drive or libido..do some more research before you do anything. Really look at your diet..many people think they know to eat healthy but they dont know how to eat to maintain muscle and cut bodyfat and that is a big difference. I used to think I knew how to eat as well, but boy was I wrong. Once I learned what I was doing wrong, I had amazing results naturally before ever trying AAS. Welcome to AR too

    not to flame bro, but that alot of gear for your first "real"...that's like way overkill. and like longhorn said just to cut 20lbs...and it sounds like your just outta HS....just diet and do cardio.


    And there's no Test in the cycle....looks like research and time would help you.

    I would suggest adding some testosterone.

    I wouldn't, I would suggest adding test and subtracting winny, tren, and t3.

    thanks everyone...yeah i was just trying to do some research and see what everyone thought...im gonna try to hit the gym harder and the cardio...thanks

    Hey Everyone, On The Same Topic, What Would A Begginer Cutter Cycle Consist Of... I Know Test E Or C Would Be A Recomendation For A Beginner Bulker, But If Someone Was Just Going To Cut, What Would A Begginer Cutter Consist Of, Test Prop And Winny?
