St John Wort and Aromasin/Tamoxifen interactions

Just in case that you dont know St´John Wort is powerfull inductor of CYP 3A4 isoenzyme from P450 group. This mean that drugs who are metabolised by this enzyme will drop in blood significantly by more that 50%.

Iam using St´John Wort for my anxiety and SAD, unfortunately Iam on cycle of 100mg Prop EOD and Iam using 10mg Aromasin ED for gyno prevention. My gyno symtoms start after 14days on 900mg of St´John Wort and even Iam on 30mg/day my gyno start to worry me. And PCT is just ahead and efficiency will be poor in ordinary dose.

So If you are using any kind of CYP 3A4 inducer double your dose to avoid problems.

I've seen some recent studies showing positive effect in depressed men through TRT.

Some depression can be cure for men by TRT thats true.

But this is about interactions betwen ST´John Wort and drugs who are metabolised by CYP 3A4, theirs effectiveness will be lover. So essential is double dose.

When you are taking St´John Wort you have to use 40mg tamox ED instead 20mg ED. And 50mg aromasin ED instead 25mg ED for same effectiveness.
