    I just finished my 5th week, first stack. Quick history, lifting for solid 8 years, 5'9 218lbs, not sure on bf%, little flab in the stomach everything else pretty lean. Done several PH cycles and have always got great results. Gained 25lbs on superdrol when it was out, kept 18lbs of it. Similiar results with other PH's mass tabs, n-test, hyperdrol, etc., etc. So my assumption is my body responds well to supplements.

    Current stack now is 3ccs test e/ 2ccs deca a week, 1.5cc/ 1cc every Monday and Thursday. Not sure if it matters but other supps are whey, no-xplode, animal stack, restore. Current food intake is around 400g carbs/ 300g protein a day.

    Anyway first couple weeks of the cycle i was getting huge results, both size and strength. Weeks 1- 3 I went from 192 to 218, 26bs in 3 weeks, which is freakin insane to me.

    Now, week 4 and week 5 I've been stuck at 218, no more weight gains. Strength is still going up, but weight is hovering around 218-220. It seems my results are opposite of what deca is suppose to do, I've read several times people dont see results with deca for the first couple of weeks and around week 4 they start seeing the results.

    Should I be worried that I gained 26lbs in 3 weeks and gained 0lbs in 2 weeks, having changed nothing.

    Also, one last question. The only thing different between week 1-3 and week 4/ 5 is when I injected on week 4. For some reason on week 4 on both days I injected, it caused a welp in my butt cheek. The welp stood out and either was inflamed or filled with fluid, i dont know. It eventually went away after 2 days. Week 5 was this week and I havent had any problems that I had in week 4. Any comments on that?

    Any help is appreciated.

    26 lbs in three weeks is water from the Deca, trust me in that one. The Test normally takes about 5 weeks to start seeing results. What does your diet look like

    ill use yesterdays diet as example

    morning 1cup harvest grain cereal and 1 bagel, protein shake
    mid-morning 2 pop tarts
    afternoon grilled chicken/ mash potatoes, protein shake
    early evening granola bar and granola bites
    evening 1/2 box of pasta roni w/ 2 pieces of wheat bread, protein shake
    workout
    post workout about 8 fig newtons, protein shake

    First thing I would do is cut out all those shakes and replace with whole foods instead.
    Pop-tarts and fig newtons are not ideal foods, they are filled presevatives and crap ingredients. Check out the diet forum and look at the sample diets and compare to see what you are doing wrong. With the above diet I wouldn't expect too much.

    It's just water...be patient.

    You're diet could use some work too. Make sure there is protein in every meal, but start to look for solid food sources instead of shakes. Also, clean up the carbs...Again, more solid grains, brown rice, etc. Some veggies wouldn't hurt either.

    diet needs lots of work..a good portion of that is water that youve gained..you wanna gain quality muscle, better change up your diet..start by reading this

    26lbs of water!!!!!!! are you sure!! lol

    dont mean to be harsh mate, but as the others have said - your diet is awful!!! i cant see how ppl use gear and prohormones without finding out what a proper bulking diet is!!! you need to eat double that!!! more protein and good carbs and less crap....ie pop tarts wtf

    Water Weight Man.. Placebo effect.. Your test is just not kicking in.. Give it another week.

    yeah,diet bro.pop tarts have a ton of trans fat and so do fig newtons.stay away from processed food,unless there is no other choice

    by the way - i really dont think 26 lbs can all be water weight.
