    Cutting please check my diet

    06:0045 Minute cardio training every morning mon-fri

    07:00 (After Cardio)
    Protien shake (with water) blended with 4 egg whites and glutamine

    9:00
    Omelette (1 egg + 3 egg whites) with fist portion of baked beans

    11:00
    Protein Shake blended with 4 egg whites

    13:00
    Tinned Tuna with brown rice

    15:00
    Protein Shake blended with 4 egg whites

    17:00
    Weight Training

    19:00
    Tin of Pilchards

    Would you recommed doing cardio on weekends?
    I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle.
    I will be on winstrol and Primobolan

    Weight : 85kg (187 pounds)

    To many shakes IMO. Also after your morning cardio some oatmeal would go good with your egg whites. Post workout needs help, though I am not sure what Pilchards are? If you are having a cheat meal or two on the weekends, then a cardio session might be a good idea. Goodluck
