    My supps. what else do I need ?

    22 y/o been training for bout 6 years. Im tryin to bulk up gain muscle mass, strenght, and weight. Right now Im 171 and 5'11. I took 4 months off and have been liftin for a week now. Here are my supps. I take right now. What else should i take to help me with my goals. My goal is to eventually get up to 195. When i was liftin hard in the summer i got up 2 185. Heres what im takin now. I also want to stick with everything over the counter.

    amp 02
    ON 100% whey protein
    multi vitamins
    And eating healthy and lots of cals.

    Also sense i just started back liftin ive been enormously sore. What helps to recover faster just glutimine? I also dont want to take weight gainer.

    i would get a weight gainer of some sort, or just make your own.
    also, throw in some creatine
    but most importantly, and what u put, food!

    If you get some weight gainer DO NOT PURCHASE JOE WEIDER!!!!! that shyt will have you shytin your brains out! LMAO!! just remember, the higher the protein dosage in the shake is, the more likely you will be on the toilet.

    yah the amp o2 is awesome. Right now im only takin 6 but gunna up it to 8 today. When i was takin it 4 months back whenever i took 10 or more it would give me the shits b4 i even got to the gym. Whats a good creatine i should take also. I know the amp 02 has creatine esther in it or somthing {some sore of creatine}. Also I did chest on fri. and im still sore today pretty bad. Any supps that will help that thats worth buying? I know glutimine helps nething else? Also again ne other supps. that will help me with my goals besides the ones im already taken?

    I was thinkin this for creatine vitargo cgl from nutrex what u guys think?

    Glutamine is good, You may want to add BCAAs pre and post workout, Vitargo is a good product might as well give it a try.

    i would just get some creatine, protein, some fatty oils, and that should do it....no need for glutamine or BCAA's IMO, unless you dont eat enough and get it from food (which you SHOULD). Plus your protein poweder has bcaa's in it and some even have glutamine already. Your body won't use all the extra grams you put in there if it doesnt need them. Look at some medical test that have been done on supplements to see which ones really work or not. Hope this helps.

    so would just takin advil be alright for just helpin me recover from being sore quicker. I dont want to buy glutamine and its in no of my supps. I take now.

    hey buddy your on a wicked weight gainer already what kinda multi vitamine?
    i suggest universal animal pak
    for creatine, glutamine and no2 i sugest going all BSN
    your weight gainer already has little glutamine in it as well as bcaa's and some fatty acids
    so id say all you need now is some good test booster T-BOMB2 works nice i find and id stack it with 6-OXO
    then eat like a champ no sugar lots of protien every 3.5 hours with proper carbs and fats good fats not crap fish fats are good
    thats what im doing rate now and its the best stack ive had yet

    remember dont train to long your body goes catabolic in about 1 hour to 1.5 hours

    should take in 1 gram of protien per lb of body weight in a day

    also the human body can only take in a max of 30 grams of protien in 1 sitting

    dont know about the advil sorry
