    New Cycle High Blood Pressure

I just started a cycle of Test E 500mg Ew, EQUIPOISE 250mg ew, Winstrol tablets 50 mg ED, and Sustamed 250mg ew. I bought one of those wrist blood pressure testers and it has been consistantly around 170 over 100 give or take a few points. I am only in my second week of the cycle and I am just concerned that this seems too high. This is my third cycle arfter about an 8 month break from AAS, before this cycle my BP was usually around 130- 140 over 80-90. Any advice would be great.

why are you running test e and suss in the same cycle?i would stay with one or the other no need to run both...i would go with somethink lke this..

    test e 500mgs ew 12 weeks frontload test e 1000mgs first week

up the eq to 400-600 mgs ew(10 weeks)

winny 50 mgs ed weeks 8-14

then jump right into pct a day or 2 after you finish the winny

thats a good cycle you throw out there but i have seen ppl use test e and sus in the same cycle only they used the sus as a kind of kick start and the last 2 wks of cycle havent tried it myself but seems to work

Dude I would not rely on one of those home blood pressure testers... especially a wrist one... seriously if you are concerned about it... Go the Doc and get it checked out.

yes i have also seen people use suss and test e in same cycle and it can be done but it can only lead to more sides if people want to do it.

i would use prop if he want a kick start @ 75mgs ed for the first 4 weeks or just simply frontload the test e....

    prop 75mgs ed weeks 1-4

    test e 500mgs ew weeks 1-12

    eq 400mgs ew weeks1-10

    winny 50mg ed weeks 8-13

i dont know what his goals are but the above cycle has worked great for me when doing a lean mass cycle gained around 14lbs after pct.his body fat looks a lil high to be useing winny imo(if thats him in the avy) maybe use prop again weeks 9-14 then jump right onto pct

Yah well if he is going to run winni at the end of his cycle he will be fine.. his BF% should drop enough... and winni isnt biased to low BF% People.. I have used it at 22% BF before and gained ridiculous strength and some size.. even took my BF% down to 16 % (i know it was more my training than winni but still) where I kept it there until this past year when I was sidelined with two surgeries in one year..... grant it I wouldn't recommend doing that ... I highly doubt he is 22 though... maybe 20 % ...

dude 170/100 is pretty high..you could just have a lot of water retention already, but you need to get it checked out and get off the gear until you get it fixed

the cuff moniters can be out somewat Gallin,i have one and mine is pretty spot on coz i will go see my gp/doctor once a month to have a general check up and my bp is virtually the same there........
if i remember correctly you do or was carrying a little bit of excess weight, this combined with aas usage can give you high bp...
do yourself a big favour and go get it checked out by your doctor.........

I am about 20% bf right now. I feel fine no head aches or anything. I just did my bp this morning and it was 138/78. I am also taking Nano Vapor and creatine, can thos raise your bp. I am sure the preworkout could raise it, I also drink Redline or red bull once a day at least. I just dont have the money to run to the doc for every problem I have.

Dude, I have been going through a huge ordeal with my bp after a cycle. It was a screwy one, but none the less. If you want to get a true read on your bp, you can go to any firestation and they will check it for free anytime. You can go there everyday if you wanted. They are very helpful. I would suggest going and taking your home tester with you to compare. Having said that, if it is high, my research has shown me that it is nothing to screw with. It can and will cause other problems that you will deal with down the road that you don't want to. The creatine can cause bp to go up due to water retention, which as you know, is the case with aas also. There are some supplements you can take to control it too, but I would start with getting an accurate reading.

yes go to the doc. If they get 3 readings on consecutive visits you can qualify for blood pressure meds. With health insurance it will barely affect your wallet and your health will vastly improve. Sounds like you are prone to hypertension anyhow, I was too. Do you have a family history, especially in males in the family? there is no stigma or anything wrong with taking blood pressure meds. I went on them at the age of 34. I take an ACE inhibitor called Benicar and get NO side effects.

Oh yeah, that would do it. you are cycling, on creatine, and downing red bulls. Yout bf% is quite high too which couldn't be helping much. There is probably too much sodium in your diet too. Even 138/78 is pretty close to borderline high, if not there.

If I were you I would have your bp tested by a professional, and if it is as high as your reading seek medical help. I seriously doubt that your cycle is the cause of this, but it might be contributing to it.
